After you "ADD" your friend and your friend send "OK", your friend's mobile number is saved in your Friend List. You can only find the locations of friends who are already in your Friend List. To check who is in your Friend List (i.e., whom you can find?) just send "list" to 32001.     If you sent "add" request to your friend, but your friend has not sent "ok" yet, this friend will be displayed with "(waiting)" flag. This means you are still waiting for the OK permission from your friend. You can send an SMS or just call you friend and ask him/her to simply send "ok" message to 32001. If you no longer want to keep your friend in the Friend List, you can simply send "del <friend's mobile number>" to 32001.
